Success is in the MEALS
Yes, Success is in the MEALS, M.E.A.L.S. This was the system I created about 8 years ago based on the principles of Psychology, and Motivation, together with basic Mastery and Life Skills. This year, BRAIN International is out again promoting the MEALS System of Success in schools, with the Yes I Can! Academic Success Programme for Youths.
